What is your availability?
The studio is open Monday through Friday, early mornings through mid afternoon (no evenings or weekends). Please contact me, via email or phone, to inquire about times if you have limited availability within your own schedule. -
What is your cancellation policy?
Please notify me 24 hours before the START time of your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failing to do so will result in a loss of session from a package or a single session charge. No exceptions please.
-
What is the expiration date on session packages?
Packages and single sessions expire 6 months from purchase date, with the exception of the New Client Special which expires 60 days from purchase. This is to encourage you keep consistent and to utilize all the sessions in your package. I want you to use them! No refunds will be given.
-
What if I've never done Pilates before?
The benefit of 1-on-1 private instruction is that you don’t need any prior fitness or Pilates experience. The hardest part of trying something new is staying consistent. I help take the guesswork out by scheduling out your sessions, following up, and supporting you every step. We take it at your pace, set goals, and introduce new shapes in your body. I encourage you to be patient with yourself as you start this new journey!
-
Do I need to be flexible to start Pilates?
Most certainly not! Your body is ready to begin regardless of shape, size, or flexibility level. In our sessions we move through exercises that involve strength and flexibility. Gradually you will build more flexibility and mobility through this practice.
-
What should I wear?
Whatever clothing you feel most comfortable in. You will be moving around quite a bit so something that allows you to move with ease, semi close-fitting. No jeans please. For safety and hygienic purposes, grip socks are strongly suggested in the studio.
-
Do you accommodate duet sessions?
The studio only has one reformer, so at this time I do not accommodate duet sessions. Only one person per session.
